“How to be a Hoe” is a step-by-step guide teaching ladies how to date, genuinely believing they’re giving the best advice, when really it’s everything NOT to do to get a guy. The sketch starts with the initial setting up a dating profile to messaging to going on a date then the big final step…sex. It then skips to 50 years later showing the two women dressed as old women still trying to get a man. The sketch has been performed, written, filmed and directed by us.
We could see this being a series – examining different aspects of modern relationships each week and making light of the minefield that is dating as a young millennial in 2020. We could also see the sketch being split up into a short series of lessons, releasing one lesson video a week about “How to be a Hoe.” We’re both incredibly passionate about this project and strongly feel there is a gap in the market for a young, cheeky female comedy-duo.
